FAQ of Strike off LLP

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Companies Act 2013 are the governing law and Regulatory Authority of India under Company Law.
Yes, even if there are no transactions every company has to complete the compliance filings.
The AGM can take place at the company’s registered office or at any other location where the registered office is located i.e. within the city, town or village. It can be on any day other than a national holiday declared by the Central Government but the time must be during the business hours i.e. 9 am - 6 pm.
In addition to normal fees, additional fees of Rs.100/- per day per form will be levied for delay in Filing Form AOC 4 and MGT 7.
Form AOC4 needs to be filed within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM. If AGM is not conducted then within 30 days from the date when the AGM should have been held.
Form MGT 7 needs to be filed within 60 days from the conclusion of the AGM. If AGM is not conducted then within 60 days from the date when the AGM should have been held.
One Person Company (OPC) shall file Form AOC 4 within 180 days from the end of the Financial Year i.e 25th September. Form MGT 7 needs to be filed within 60 days from the conclusion of AGM.
